Creators of the 1st Eco-Home and Learning Centre for Underprivilged and Orphanaed Kids Ever Built in the World

Innovation. At 40K Home, we think that science and creativity should be used to come up with long-term solutions to poverty-stricken communities in the developing world. Essentially, 40K Home forms partnerships with education-based non-government organizations (NGOs) in developing countries by giving our partners a hand in taking on infrastructure projects which help them pursue their education initiatives. We also act as consultants to help make them more effective in their poverty eradication policies, management structures and fundraising initiatives.

We want Australians, particularly the youth, to actively think about poverty- not just the word, but the actual phenomenon. We encourage people to ask the big questions like ‘should poverty be eradicated?’, ‘Can the world sustain itself without poverty?’ and ‘how can poverty be eradicated.’

So check out our maiden project over the next few minutes, and tell us what you reckon.
